Introduction: Stem Cells (SC) are cells having characteristic features of self-renewal and plasticity that can differentiate proliferate into many types to form an individual. This literature study aims evaluate the Adipose-Derived (ADSCs) comprehensively.Methods: A comprehensive search was conducted by author obtain relevant studies from PubMed, MEDLINE, Embase, PreMEDLINE, PsycINFO, Scopus, Cochrane for last fifteen years. The sought articles with following keywords: Cells, AND Fibrosis, OR Wound Healing, Growth Factor, hypoxic culture OR, Normoxic Culture, cytokine.Results: ADSCs become one strong potential stem cell-based therapies, instance, preventing fibrosis tissue formation in wound healing process. source is mainly on body’s surface, harvesting using a minimally invasive procedure made superior other cell sources. Using better precondition technique, such as hypoxia increase proliferation viability cells.Conclusion: visible therapy be currently used. counteract anti-inflammatory anti effects.
